My Favorite Things March Release Countdown Day 3

Welcome back friends! It’s day 3 of the MFT March Release Countdown, and there are new stamps and dies to share with you today. I picked the new Stacey Yacula Easter Bunnies stamp set and coordinating Die-namics to make today’s sneak peek.

I couldn’t resist pulling out my Polychromos to color this sweet little bunny. I started with Copic Markers for the base, using Neutral grays to color bunny. Then I went over the coloring with several different cool gray pencils to add texture. After coloring, I did a little masking on white card stock and made a quick outdoor scene. I used the Mini Cloud Edges for the clouds, then blended green ink for the ground. I cut the Panel out with a rectangle from the A2 Stitched Rectangle STAX Set 2 Die-namics, then mounted it onto yellow card stock. I added the panel to craft foam for dimension, then glued it to an A2 size card base.

  4. I really need this set. What Bunny could resist this cute bunny. What a great set. Your card is beautiful and your bunny looks so soft. Such a cute card.

  6. What a darling card. The bunny looks like to could pet him, did you use something to make it look or feel fuzzy?

    1. Thank you! I actually used Copic Markers for the base, then Polychromo pencils to make the fur. I colored softly in small circles with the pencils to make a furry texture, then added flicks of color for the little hairs
