Here is what I made:

I ink-blended a bright rainbow of Distress Oxide inks onto white card stock: Worn Lipstick, Candied Apple, Carved Pumpkin, Mustard Seed, Mowed Lawn, Blueprint Sketch, and wilted Violet. While the ink was drying, I used the Happy Birthday To You Die-namics to die-cut white card stock three times. I glued and stacked the letters together. When the inked panel was dry, I stamped the BG Card-Sized Confetti Background stamp onto the rainbow using embossing ink, then heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I added a sheet of double-sided adhesive to the back of the panel, then used the birthday Die-namics again to die-cut the words from the panel. I took the backing off the double-sided adhesive, stuck the rainbow panel onto white card stock, and trimmed the panel  down. I added craft foam to the back, and attached it to a card base. My last step was glueing the letters into the die-cut spaces.
