I have been so addicted to blending Distress Oxides lately, if you haven’t noticed!! And I don’t see the addiction ending any time soon… I love the chalky texture Oxide inks leave, and how bright and beautiful the colors are. I did another ink-blending rainbow for this birthday card using Taylored Expressions products.
On a 4 x 5.25 card stock panel, I blended an Oxide ink rainbow using Mustard Seed, Carved Pumpkin, Barn Door, Wilted Violet, Blueprint Sketch, Peacock Feathers, and Twisted Citron. I then taped the panel and Triangle Toss stencil to a craft mat. I used a pallet knife to spread Moonstone glitter Paste all over, then set the panel aside.
For the sentiment, I die cut Happy 3 times from sugar cube card stock. I stacked and glued the letters together. I used Multi Media Matte to add the letters to the card front, using a party hat from Look Who’s Talking stamp set to replace the A. I stamped and white heat-embossed a birthday stamp from Whole Llama Love stamp set onto oreo card stock. I trimmed the word down, and added it to the card front with foam adhesive.

This is such a happy card – I love it! And I really like how you used the birthday hat in place of the A. Another winner!
Beautiful card, love the glitter front! Gteat inspiration. Thank you!!
