Thinking Of You

Pretty Pink Posh Beautiful Butterflies

I took a week off and headed down to the beach in Florida with my family. The Florida Panhandle is my favorite place to be. And I was able to do something that I am very passionate about while listening to the waves and soaking up the sun: Coloring! These butterflies kept me busy for a couple of hours.

I used several Copic Colors for each Beautiful Butterfly:

  • Yellow: Y21, Y23, Y26, E33, E35, E37, E29
  • Pink: RV000, RV10, RV11, R81, R83, R85, R89
  • Purple: V00, V01, V12, V15, V17, V09

I finished the card when I returned home. I used the coordinating dies to cut the images out. I used the middle size Stitched Hexagon die to die cut the shapes using matching Lawn Fawn Watercolor Pattern Paper. I taped them to a 4 x 5.25 card panel, then stamped a sentiment from Birdie Friends stamp set. (I Love the sentiments in this stamp set!) I foam-mounted the card front, then added it to an A2 size card base. My last step was adding the butterflies with thin foam squares.
