The FABULOUS new card kit from My Favorite Things is now available! Also included in the kit is the new Free with $60 Simply Thanks Die-namics… BONUS!! I used the Simply Thanks on today’s card. Before getting to the card, here’s a picture of the kit contents:
I used the Simply Thanks Die-namics to make an eclipse card.
I picked a rainbow of Distress Oxide Inks to watercolor the background, watering the inks down for soft pastel colors. Once the panel was dry, (I let it air-dry) I used the same Oxide inks to stamp the flowers. then let the panel air-dry again. While I was waiting, I die-cut Thanks 4 times out of white card stock. When the panel was dry, I carefully taped the Simply Thanks Die-namics to the panel, then ran it through my die-cut machine. I attached the panel to an A2 size card base, glued the white letters together and added them to the card, then finished off with the colored letters.
