It’s Day 4 of the MFT June Release Countdown, and today brings a sneak peek of the newest Stacey Yacula stamp set, Picnic Pals.

When I see a Stacey Yacula stamp set, I sharpen my pencils and sit down for a quiet coloring session. Her illustrations make me so happy! These little Picnic Pals are so sweet and, with their whimsical lines, no-line coloring comes pretty easy. I use MFT Natural Hybrid Ink to stamp the images onto Neenah 80 lb card stock. I did an undercoat of Copic markers to make the pencil coloring process quicker. With sharp pencil tips, I was able to add fine details to their fur and faces.

I stamped the sentiment with Milk Chocolate Hybrid Ink, trimmed the panel with a stitched rectangle Die-namics, then attached it to an A2 size card base with foam adhesive.
