My Favorite Things Let’s Toast (With A Twist) Card Kit

The FABULOUS new card kit from My Favorite Things is now available! The A Toast To You stamp set and Let’s Toast and Meet In The Middle Die-namics are also available for individual purchase. Here’s a picture of the kit contents:

For today’s card, I made an interactive card using the Meet In The Middle Die-namics that is included in the kit.

Today’s card features some Chardonnay wine glasses! To start, I die-cut my paper with the wine glass from the Let’s Toast Die-namics. I used Copic Markers to color them: N4, N2, N0, C00, YR30, Y00, Y000. I also colored the stems with Cool Gray Polychromos pencils. And then, to finish up, I rubbed a black pencil around the edges of the glasses.

For the background, I used MFT’s Marble Background, stamping it with MFT’s Grout ink. I trimmed the panel with a stitched rectangle die, and added a strip of gold glitter washi tape for the glasses to stand on.

To get my glasses to clink, I followed this tutorial on MFT’s YouTube channel to put the interactive parts together for this card. My final step was adding a gold heat-embossed sentiment from the A Toast to You stamp set to finish off the card.
