There’s a fun new Color Challenge on the MFT blog today. Here’s the color combo:

I used the new Mini Cafe All Day Die-namics to be the focus for this card. The background was made with Tropical Teal Color Burst Watercolor Powder from the MFT Flower Fresh Collection. I tapped the bottle a few times over watercolor paper, then sprayed the powder with water. I dried the panel quickly with a heat tool so the colors wouldn’t move too much. I mounted the panel onto Tropical Teal card stock, attached it to a card base, and stamped a sentiment from Cup Of Love stamp set.

My next step was making the Mini Cafe All Day coffee cups. I stamped the Knitted Sweater background onto Peach Bellini card stock with matching ink, and die-cut the paper for the cup holders. I die-cut and glued the rest of the pieces for the cups. I attached them to the card, then added a Persimmon heart to each cup holder for a finishing touch.
