The September Vault has opened today, and there are so many goodies inside! A little bit about The Vault release:
“We’re opening up the vault, and we can’t wait to reveal what’s inside. With 13 years of experience under our belts, we’re thrilled to re-discover some classic MFT designs, and share them with you all over again! We might unearth an old favorite with a new twist, or possibly a brand-new-to-you design you missed out on in the past. We’re confident that this month’s vault contains something you’ll love…are you ready to see what treasure awaits?“

This little Cutie is from the Birdie Brown Sunflower Sweetheart Stamp Set. I stamped all of the images onto masking paper and then used details scissors to cut them out. I started stamping my scene, with the image I wanted in front – the little girl – first. I covered her with a mask, then continued on stamping and masking to finish the scene. After all of the images were stamped and masked, I used a cloud stencil and Blue Yonder ink to make the sky. I took the masks off, coloring the scene with Copic markers. I stamped the sentiment before moving on to assembling the card.

I die-cut two A2 Rectangle frames from Wild Wisteria card stock, and two Stitched Rectangle Frames from Lavender Fields card stock. I stacked and glued each set of frames together, then attached the stitched frame on top of the A2 rectangle frame. I added the entire frame to the Sunflower panel, then to a card base to finish off the card.

Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog to see the all of the August Vault Release products, as well as the amazing projects the design team has made. Thanks for stopping by!
