It’s time for a new MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge. Here’s this week’s sketch:
Here’s my card inspired by the challenge:
I used the snowmen from the new Christmas sELFies for my corner image. I colored the scene with the following Copic colors:
Snowmen- B000, BV000, BV00; Cheeks- R00, R000; Nose- YR12, YR15, YR07; Tongue- R24, R29; Scarves- RV17, RV14, RV23; V22, V25, V28; B37, B06, B04, B02; Hat- N9, N6, N5, V000; Background-RV06, RV04, RV02, BV00, BV01,BV04.
I heat-emboss white snowflakes behind the snowmen, using small snowflakes from Hand Lettered Holiday stamp set. I used the Selfie Square Die-namics to die-cut a stitched window from Watercolor Wash pattern paper. I splattered white paint onto the pattern paper, added foam adhesive to the back, and attached the snowmen in the window. I mounted the panel onto a card base, and finished the card with a stamped and silver heat-embossed sentiment.
Now it’s your turn to create and share! Be sure to enter your project this week for a chance to win! Look for more information on the MFT blog. Thanks for stopping by!
