Merry Christmas friends! It’s Wednesday, which means there’s a new weekly Sketch Challenge on the MFT blog. Here is this week’s sketch:

Here’s my card inspired by the challenge:

I used Birdie Brown’s Magical Friends for the focus of this card. I colored the little girl and dragon with Copic Markers, then used the coordinating Die-namics to die cut them out. I also die-cut clouds, adding shadows to them with W1 and W00 Copic markers.

I blended pineapple ink over the Mini Cloud Edges stencil for the background. Using a stitched rectangle STAX to die-cut the background, I attached the panel to a card base with foam adhesive. I added the clouds and dragon with thin foam squares, and finished the card with a stamped sentiment.
