My Favorite Things February Birthday Project

It’s time for the February MFT Birthday Project Challenge, and this month we are making cards with heart:

Hearts are a universal symbol of love. While February is typically thought of as a month to celebrate a Valentine’s Day type of love, birthday cards can also be thought of as an expression of our love for the birthday boy or girl. Hearts abound this month as our team has been busy crafting birthday cards featuring hearts.

I pulled a large rainbow of MFT paper scraps, and got busy die-cutting. I used the Lots of Hearts Die-namics to cut my heart bases, and then die-cut Lots Of Heart Outlines. I glued the hearts together, and assembled the card. I used different sized-foam squares and glue to attach the hearts. I finished the card with a Little Birthday Notes heat-embossed sentiment.

Now, it’s your turn! Be sure to head over to the MFT blog for more design team ideas and inspiration, then enter your birthday card for a chance to win!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
