It’s time for the April MFT Birthday Project Challenge, and this month we are making circles the star of the show:
“The ubiquitous circle is an ideal shape for adding a bit of softness to hard-angled square and rectangle cards. It’s also fun to create circular cards to mix things up a bit. Today, our designers are sharing birthday cards that feature circles in a variety of innovative ways.“

Who doesn’t love a rainbow of cupcakes?? I used the Mini Cupcake Maker Die-namics to die-cut coordinating card stock. These cupcakes are the perfect size to make a circle with. I adhered them to a card base, then finished the card with a sweet sentiment from Sugar-Coated Sentiments stamp set.

Now, it’s your turn! Be sure to head over to the MFT blog for more design team ideas and inspiration, then enter your birthday card for a chance to win!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

I love mini cupcakes, especially when there are little hands in the house. So sweet and I love the colors. MFT has wonderful colors of cardstock.. Great way to make the circle the center of the show! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Anne!
Love your card. I just received my cupcake die set so I’ll be making lots of cards. Thanks for sharing
