Thinking Of You

Pinkfresh Studio + Altenew “Celebrate” Collaboration Blog Hop + Giveaway

It’s an exciting day!! Pinkfresh Studio and Altenew have come together in a gorgeous collaboration! The collection is named Celebrate, and it’s now available in the PF shop! There’s a huge blog hop lined up in celebration, filled with ideas, inspiration, and prizes. If you’re following the hop, you should be arriving from Nicole Watt’s blog. You will find the full lineup of today’s designers listed below, as well as giveaway details. I have two cards to share, so let’s get started!

My first card features the layered flower from the new Celebrate Us stamp set. I stamped a sentiment from Celebrate Today stamp set first, then stamped the flowers around the sentiment. I used the following Pinkfresh Studio inks for the flowers: Sunshine, Peach Fizz, Clementine, Ocean Breeze, and Detail Black. I used an acrylic block to stamp the black outlines, then used my MISTI to stamp the layers. To add a bit more interest to the card, I used a T3 Copic marker to color a shadow under each flower, then used the same marker and a Sharpie pen to add dots.

My next card features the Celebrate Today stamp set.

This stamp set has one floral image, which I stamped in three different positions for this card. I stamped the arrangement onto watercolor paper, and used Altenew’s Winter Wonderland Watercolor Brush Set to color the flowers with. I added color with the Altenew brush, then used a watercolor paint brush and clean water to move the pigment. Once done, I stamped the sentiment, and used a Sharpie pen to add black dots.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope I have helped with ideas for these fabulous stamp sets. Your next stop on the hop is Terhi Koskinen.
