Autumn/Thanksgiving

The Greetery’s Gathered Blessings Collection

Are you ready for tomorrow’s release? It’s been so much fun reading how much love yesterday’s reveals got! There’s a lot more to see today, so let’s get to it!

I started this card by making a background with the Shiplap Builder die collection. The mimosas come from the new Mimosa Musings stamp set. I used distress Oxide inks to stamp the stems: The large yellow mimosas stem was stamped with Squeezed Lemonade, and Fossilized Amber, and the small pink stems were stamped with Tattered Rose, and Worn Lipstick. The leaves were stamped with Forest Moss, and Crushed Olive.

The sentiment is from the new Blessed Blooms stamp set. I used the coordinating die to die-cut Blessed.

I used another Blessed Blooms sentiment for my next card.

I had so much fun playing with the new BotaniCuts Toadstool Garden. I inked up several shrooms with Distress Oxide inks, and finger daubers. The background panel was blended with Ground Espresso, Gathered Twigs, and Antique Linen Distress Oxide inks. The die-cut background on the card base was made with the new Square Dance die.

My last card features the other BotaniCuts in this collection, Mighty Oak.

I did a lot of die-cutting for this card. I started with the colored branch, using Distress Oxide inks and finger daubers to add color. I die-cut several leaves and stems from Primitive White card stock, attached them together, and glued them to same colored card stock. I used the Halfsies Oval die to die-cut the card stock, then got my card base ready.

The background ink-smashing was done on watercolor paper. I used Dried Marigold, and Gathered twigs Distress inks for the colors. The sentiment is from Pitcher-esque.
