Colorado Craft Company October Reveal

I am so excited to be part of today’s big news… Colorado Craft Company has a new illustrator joining their stamp line! The whimsical illustrations of Anita Jeram is this month’s Release. Anita is an accomplished children’s book author and illustrator:

“Having sold over 47 million copies worldwide, she has truly captured the hearts of children and adults alike. Now, together with 3C, we bring you stamps, dies, papers, and stencils that are sure to help you create handmade cards that are fun, kind, and whimsical.”

There’s 10 new stamp sets, most with coordinating dies. The above card is made with the Better Together stamp set. This group of friends is one of four illustrated images in the set. There’s also eight sentiments included, all in fun handwritten fonts. I stamped the group of friends onto watercolor paper, and painted them with Daniel Smith watercolor paints. (I will share more of my process in an upcoming post.)

My Next card features another darling stamp set from the October Release, Birthday Wishing.

I used two illustrated images to make my scene. To keep the card clean and simple, I stamped a small sentiment included in the set. Again, I did very simple watercoloring with Daniel Smith Watercolor paints. By the way, did you notice the adorable enamel pin in the right upper corner? It’s 3C’s first pin! So cute!!

I couldn’t resist decorating inside the card. This sentiment was a perfect match with the friendly mouse. I did a really quick color on the mouse with colored pencils.

I will Be back on Monday with more inspiration, tips, and a giveaway, so be sure to stop back by! Now, as Anita would say, go “create something delightful today!”
