These little friends were colored with Copic Markers, and die-cut with coordinating dies. The background is the new Paint Splatter Background stamp, white heat-embossed on Midnight card stock. I added Stitched Slimline Snow Drifts, and attached the penguins. I stamped the sentiment, and adhered the panel to a card base.
