MFT & Friends November Release

Happy Release Day! The November Release is now available in the MFT shop! All new products in the Release can be found HERE. I am showcasing the new Winter Wreath stamp set for today’s card.

I recently got my hands on black watercolor paper, and thought it would be perfect for this wreath. I stamped, and gold heat-embossed the image, then moved on to painting. I used Coliro Pearlcolors metallic watercolors to paint the wreath. I used a #2 round brush, and clean water. I did only one coat of color, so the painting took just a few minutes. Once the paper was dry, I used the coordinating die to die-cut it.

For the background, I used black ink to stamp the new Baccarat Background stamp onto Steel Grey card stock. I used a circle die to die-cut a window, and glued the wreath onto it. I attached the panel onto a card base, and finished the card with a stamped sentiment from Winter Wreath stamp set.

Be sure to stop by the MFT blog  for details on today’s release, and on a big giveaway. There’s also a full list of this month’s designers, and tons of inspiration. Thanks so much for stopping by!
