It’s time for a new MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge. Here’s this week’s sketch:

Here’s my card inspired by this week’s sketch:

I had Distress Oxide inks out on my desk from a previous project, and decided to use them for this card. I used Aged Mahogany, Victorian Velvet, and Tattered Rose. The waves on the bottom were made with the Drift And Hills stencil. I finished the card with a sentiment from All About You. I inked You several times with the Oxide inks, using finger daubers to add the ink, before adding the black sentiment.

Now it’s your turn to create and share! Be sure to enter your project this week for a chance to win! Look for more information on the MFT blog.
Thanks for stopping by!

So sweet and lovely… great blending too. What tool do you use for your blending, it is always so smooth. I love everything about this card. Nicely done, sweet girl!
For distress oxides, I only use sponges. Either finger daubers, like I did for this project, or circle sponges with Velcro, and attach them to the matching wood handles. For all other inks, I used blending brushes. I have all kinds, but keep my rainbow Taylored Expressions brushes on my desk.
Love the you mean the world to me card.
I love your birthday card great inspiration for the new greetery stuff coming out
