Thinking Of You

Colorado Craft Company’s May Release

Happy Release Day! I am so excited to be part of today’s  Colorado Craft Company May Release. This release is full of Anita Jeram whimsical characters. Anita is an accomplished children’s book author and illustrator:

“Having sold over 47 million copies worldwide, she has truly captured the hearts of children and adults alike. Now, together with 3C, we bring you stamps, dies, papers, and stencils that are sure to help you create handmade cards that are fun, kind, and whimsical.”

I made three cards, featuring the new Coffee House stamp set. I kept these cards clean and simple, using my Copic Markers to color them.

Stamping the images with Chocolate ink really helps keep the lines soft, almost giving the images a “vintage Feel”. I used Versafine Clair Nocturne ink to stamp the sentiments.

I love this little guy, juggling a handful of coffee beans. Living in the Pacific Northwest, coffee is such an important part of our lives. This stamp set spoke immediately to my heart.

Now that our communities are re-opening, these sentiments are right on time! I now have the perfect card to send out to my favorite coffee date! (Yes Jane, I’m talking about you!)

You can find all of the details, plus color combinations, in this VIDEO:

Your next stop on the hop is the amazing Daniel West.

I will Be back on Monday with more inspiration, and tips, so be sure to stop back by! Now, as Anita would say, go “create something delightful today!”
