Colorado Craft Company Christmas Pine Swag + Video

Happy Sunday, friends! It’s the last day in July, and we are HOT up here in Pacific Northwest. I’ve been trying my best to beat the heat, and what’s better to that than making Christmas cards?? I have a two different styles to share with you today, plus details on a sale in the Colorado Craft Company shop.

Let’s start with this set of cards. I picked Big green & Bold Pine Swag stamp set for this card. I stamped it with TE Toffee ink onto cream colored card stock, and used the following Copic colors to do some light coloring: R20, R30, R000; YG61. Next, I gold heat-embossed a sentiment from Joy Ornaments stamp set.

I stamped a sentiment from Savvy Sentiments- Holiday Quick cards inside 4 coardbases, then attached the panels to the bases to finish the cards.

My next card features Joy Ornaments stamp set, and I used the coordinating die in a different way.

I used the round ornament die to die-cut 3 stencils. I stenciled the ornaments onto a 5×7 card panel, then stamped the round ornament on top. I used a glitter pen to draw strings for the ornaments to hang from, and topped them with Pretty Pink Posh die-cut bows. I stamped a Joy Ornaments sentiment, attached the panel to brown shimmer paper, and added it to a card base.
