Urban Jungle Collection + Video And Giveaway

Hi friends! Welcome back to Day 2 of The Greetery’s new Urban Jungle Collection Product Reveal. We are going to be looking at the rest of the products in this release, and sharing lots of inspiration. There’s also a gveaway today, so be sure to get all of the giveaway details down below. If you missed yesterday’s product reveals, you can find that HERE.

My first three cards features a few new products. Let’s start with the background. I used the new Wicker Weave stencil set to make the backgrounds. For this first card, I inked the stencils with Aged Patina, Peacock Feathers, and Unchartered Mariner Distress Oxide inks. The plants are Plant It: Aloe and Silver Dollar Succulent , and I put them in Modern Planters. I stamped a simple sentiment from Way to Grow stamp set.

For this pink background, I used Tattered Rose, Victorian Velvet, and Aged Mahogany Distress Oxide inks on the background, and filled the planter with a Plant It Spider Plant.

I used Antique Linen, Tea Dye, and Vintage Photo for this last card, and put the plant pot in a stand. You can watch how I used these products on The Greetery Youtube Channel.

There’s also Planter Pets Stamp + Cut combo to make adorable animal pots.

I made a Planters Pet sloth for this first card. I die-cut kraft card stock with the new Woven Cane Background die, and glued it onto cream card stock. I die-cut it with an A2 Arch Frame die to frame the Sloth. I added an Aloe plant to the sloth, and stamped a coordinating Way To Grow Sentiment.

I used the Wicker Weave Stencil set to make a background for the puppy pot to sit next to, and filled it with a spider plant. I used Rusty Hinge, Tea Dye, and Walnut Stain Distress Oxide inks for the background.

I made one last card with the Planter Pets, this time a fox. he’s so adorable, and fit perfectly in an A2 Arch. I inked a soft turquoise background, and stamped a Way to Grow sentiment under the fox.

My next card features the new BotaniCuts Hibiscus die.

I die-cut white card stock with the dies, and inked the die-cuts with Distress oxide inks.I didn’t focus on colors, I just used inked sponges that are dedicated to oxide Inks. I die-cut an Arched A2 frame form a panel I glued a Woven Cane background onto, and glued the flowers around the frame. i finished the card with a Sentiment Suite: Thank you sentiment.

My last project features the new Big Leaves Fern Die.

I am really getting into mixed media/home decor projects. I instantly went into decorating mode when I saw the Big Leaves products. I picked the Fern die to flip a vase, and absolutely LOVE the results.

Here’s a few pictures of the process:

The end result was beyond my expectations! I filled it with a few peonies from my garden, and found a spot to showcase the vase in my living area (next to my adorable in-laws!).
