I’m sharing lots of birthday card ideas over on my YouTube channel today! I used @pixi_dust_designs Birthday Balloons die set and @the_greetery Birthday Sentiments for my cards, and am sharing tips along the way. Links to my channel and blog are in my description.
Stencils are such a fun and easy way to add color and texture to your cards. I used @altenewllc Embossing Paste over their Leaves And Berry Stencil to add a fun texture to this card. I started with a soft watercolor background using Mountain Mist and Ocean Waves watercolors, then colored the embossing paste with Lagoon and Emerald watercolor markers. I finished the card with a die-cut Fancy Hello and a small sentiment from Wonderland stamp set. All items can be found in Altenew’s shop.
Happy Friday! I have a new video up on my YouTube channel, featuring the new Lily die from @pixi_dust_designs. Stop by for closer look at this die set, and how I put this card together. Link is in my description.
Congratulations to @sdearlove49 and @heartfullyinspiredbylinda for winning a $25 gift card to Altenew. Please take a screenshot of this comment and email it to winner@altenew.com to claim your prize.
My daughter’s bff had a birthday last week, so I made her this card using takes The Cake dies from @the_greetery Hip Hip Hooray collection. Sparkle is her favorite color, so I couldn’t resist using @dcwvinc chunky glitter paper. I LOVE how this cake turned out, and so did Adellee. (Dies are available in The Greetery shop. Link is in my description.) you can find a tutorial over on The Greetery YouTube channel.
The new Hip Hip Hooray collection is now in @thegreetery shop. I have a new tutorial up on my YouTube channel and blog, and I’m showcasing a few of the products. Stop by to see how I put together a cupcake box, and how I I decorated this package using The Greetery dies. Links are in my description.
