I used the Party Lights stamp set to make my background. I stamped the light string with Natural ink, and the lights with the other three colors. I saved room in the middle of the panel for the Merry and Bright sentiment. I stamped each line of the sentiment in a different color, using masking tape to cover the words while inking. I trimmed the panel with a stitched rectangle Die-namics, and attached the card to a Natural card base.
