We are at the halfway point of the MFT February Release Countdown! There’s a new round of product reveals on the MFT Blog today, and I picked a few to use on today’s card.
I picked the new Balloon Cover-Up Die-namics to compliment the new card stock colors. I finished the card with a white heat-embossed Happiest Birthday sentiment.

How did you do the background? Is that patterned paper, a background stamp or a stencil?
It’s pattern paper, but you can make it with Splotchy Dots Background stamp.
I love the color choices and I am a longtime fan of anything to do with balloons. Your examples are always inspiring!
