Thinking Of You

Pink Fresh Studio Brighter Days

Hi friends! I have been staying busy creating this past week, and it’s been a lot of fun! I thought I would challenge myself, and be inspired by the colors in this month’s Pinkfresh Studio Challenge. I picked Brighter Days stamp set and Enchanted Blooms background stamp to work with (I LOVE mixing new and old products together!), and got to work.

I started first with Brighter Days. I stamped the flowers with Doe ink, and blended ink onto them with the coordinating stencils. I picked Ballet Slipper, Candied Apple, and Doe for the flowers, Ocean Breeze and Mermaid Cove for the leaves. ice I was done, I die-cut the flowers with Brighter Days die.

For the background, I stamped Enchanted Blooms cling stamp with Ballet Slipper ink. I die-cut with the large Essentials: Diagonal Stripe rectangle. I attached the background to a Kraft card base using foam adhesive.

I stamped the sentiment from Brighter Days with Doe ink, and trimmed it with my paper trimmer. I attached the flowers to the card with different sizes of foam squares, and added the sentiment strip. My last step was adding a few Ballet Slipper jewels around the flower arrangement.
