We’re getting so close! Today is a new round of sneak peeks on the MFT Blog. I have two stamps sets to feature today, and made outdoor scenes for both.

My first card features the new Kangaroo Crew stamp set. I love the title! I stamped the images onto watercolor paper with Extreme Black Hybrid ink and used Zig Clean Color Real Brushes to color them. I used Stitched Snow Drifts Die-namics to die-cut grassy hills, and blended blue ink onto white card stock for the sky. I picked a sentiment from the set to stamp and white heat-emboss onto black card stock. I added the images and sentiment to the card with foam squares, then finished the card with a Stitched Rectangle Frame that I die-cut, glued, and stacked three times for dimension.

My second card is a charming friendship card featuring the new Sweet Besties stamp set.

How sweet are these two??  I colored them with Copic Markers, and used the coordinating Die-namics to die-cut them. To make the outdoor scene, I started by using the Mini Cloud stencil to make clouds. I used the new Branch Out Die-namics for the tree, and Grassy Fields Die-namics for the grass. I stamped the sentiment, then added the card to an A2 size card base with foam adhesive.
