We’re at the halfway mark! There’s a whole new round of fabulous products being shown today on the MFT Blog, including the new Fish You Were Here stamp set.
I stamped and Copic-colored three fish from the stamp set. I created an underwater scene by cutting a quick wavy stencil from card stock. For the sea floor, I blended Tea Dye Distress Ink onto the paper, with the stencil above the sea floor. I covered the sea floor with the bottom part of the stencil, and blended soft waves of Salty Ocean and Peacock feathers distress ink. Next, I trimmed the panel with a stitched rectangle Die-namics, stamped the sentiment, and attached it to an A2 size card base with foam adhesive.
I used the new Under The Sea Die-namics to die-cut rocks and plants, and attached them to the card with glue and foam squares. I added the fish with more foam squares, and finished the card with three Pretty Pink Posh Droplets.
Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog to see more sneak peeks of the June release. Everything you see this week will be available on Release Day – Tuesday, June 4, at 10am EST. Thanks for stopping by!
